ALITTLE BIT EXTRA...

1. First off, tell us your personal I.D.
My name is Tina; I’m a 24yr old unemployed artist. I live at home with my mom and sister in Vancouver, BC.

2. When did you first realized your talents? And how did you get started?
The very first drawing I did was a German singer named Gil. I pulled the pic from a magazine a pen-pal had sent me. I had a lot of fun drawing him, and just kept practicing.

3. What was your inspiration; tell us more about you growing up.
I have always had encouraging parents. They always let me focus on improving my work. My dad and my aunt were both artists, so I had plenty of good criticism from them to help me improve my work. They knew the meaning of critique, not Flaming. My dad left two years ago, but I still have my aunt for art questions.

4. When did you start web designing?
I didn’t have the best time in Elementary/Grade school, so I spent most of my later years picking apart codes on Geocities to find out what did what and how. I still pick apart codes to this day to find out a problem.

5. What famous artists you think have influenced you?
Michael Whelan is an amazing fantasy painter, as well as Alan Lee. There’s just too many to list.

6. What is your ambition, and what do you wish to achieve from drawing and web designing?
Successful self employment would be great, as either a web designer or artist. I don’t need to be famous to be successful.

7. Where do you see yourself as an artist 5 years from now?
Hopefully having some kind of job in the art field to some degree. Film work is one of my goals, as well as freelance web designer.
